The PocketWizard MultiMAX Transceiver is a digital
radio trigger that provides remote triggering of
your flash units, cameras or both.

| You can mount the MultiMAX Transceiver on
your camera's hot shoe or connect it to the camera's PC
socket with the supplied sync cord. Other MultiMAX Transceivers
can be connected to flash units for remote triggering up to 1600 ft away... or more. |

Since it utilizes Transceiver Technology,
it's both a Transmitter and Receiver all in one unit.
At a flip of a switch it can be set to either Transmit
or Receive radio signals or both individually or simultaneously

The MultiMAX has 32 channels:
16 Standard (Classic) channels (1-16), and 16 Selective
Quad-Triggering channels (17 - 32) for quick and
easy remote trigger control of multiple flash units,
cameras or both.

|
The Quad Triggering zones are controlled by the A,
B, C and D buttons. Activating or deactivating each Quad- Triggering Zone--allowing you to turn on
or off any flash unit or camera in that zone. The L button activates or deactivates a flash attached to
the camera; it's all quick and easy! |

On channels 17 to 32 automatic Trigger Confirmation on all four Quad-Triggering zones plus flash confirmation (with an optional confirmation sensor) is possible up
to 1600 feet away or more.
Separate confirmation symbols on the LCD panel indicate
radio and flash confirmation independent of each other.
Confirmation is visible on the LCD panel, along with
an audible feedback, which allows you to keep your eye
on the composition.

The MultiMAX Transceiver also includes integrated Trigger
Time Control Software that provides advanced functions
for special effects photography.
This includes functions such as: Rear curtain sync,
Intervalometer, MultiPop , SpeedCycler mode and
more. The advanced menu provides many solutions that
are easy to use that will solve many tough photographic
problems.

All of this is powered by two AA batteries that
will last 150 hours. The battery door is captive (stays
on the MultiMAX) and won't get lost.
