Description: This cable connects your radio to your camera’s remote terminal to enable remote camera triggering. This standard cable works with most PocketWizard radios but has no half-press control, and is for basic remote triggering only.
A N-MCDC2–P cable works with most PocketWizard radios. This pre-trigger cable has a switch that allows you to toggle half-press on or off at the camera position, but not remotely.
A N-MCDC2-ACC cable allows a compatible PocketWizard radio to independently control both half-press and full-press functions, as well as relay E-TTL signals to compatible flashes when using FlexTT5s.
Compatible with the following radios:
Plus II: Use this cable to remotely fire your camera.
Plus III: This cable can remotely fire your camera but it has no half-press control. Use a N-MCDC2–ACC cable for best results.
FlexTT5: This cable can be used to remotely fire your camera, like a N-MCDC2–P cable with a FlexTT5, but your remote camera will not be able to relay an E-TTL signal to Speedlites. Use a N-MCDC2-ACC cable for best results. Learn more here
MultiMAX with no –ACC port: Use this cable to remotely fire your camera.
MultiMAX with –ACC port: This cable can remotely fire your camera but it has no half-press control. Use a N-MCDC2-ACC cable for best results.
