Your PocketWizard product runs on very sophisticated firmware.  From time to time we upgrade this firmware and want to make sure you hear about it.  Registered owners will be notified when new product firmware is available.  Update notifications will also be posted to our Facebook page.  You can also check out the Beta Lab where we test new features and firmware first (for all USB updateable PocketWizards).



Are you having trouble with the registration app?

Note the following requirements for accessing the registration app:

  • Current version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari as well as Internet Explorer 11.
  • Session cookies must be enabled in your browser settings/configuration.
  • JavaScript is required and must be enabled in your browser settings/configuration.

  • If you're using Windows 10, please use the Microsoft Edge browser instead of Internet Explorer.

  • In some cases, clearing your browser cache and restarting your browser can resolve this problem.
