When your PocketWizard radio needs some attention, service is handled by your regional distributor.  For the quickest service, you should contact the distributor located in the market where you purchased your gear.

Find a distributor by selecting the country where your product was purchased in the drop-down menu below, then contact them via email or phone before sending in your gear.  They may be able to help you resolve your issue without you needing to send in your gear!
